Also known as partial planning, our wedding coordination service allows you to do a lot of the planning yourself but use our expertise in the areas you might be a little unsure of.

If you’ve decided on the main elements for your day, but you need help tying these together to create your perfect day, then our wedding coordination package could be ideal for you.

As your wedding coordinator, we’ll take control of the less-exciting part of wedding planning in the run-up to the day, so you can enjoy the fun bits!

How wedding coordinators and partial planning works

We’ll arrange a consultation in person where you can talk us through your ideas and any plans you’ve already made. We’ll then focus on the logistics, making sure that everything you need for your wedding day to run smoothly is in place. We’re experts in dealing with marquee specifications and tackling power, lighting and sound challenges.  We’ll ensure there’s access for the caterers and waste collection, and that the provision of toilets has been well thought through.

Supplier suggestions

If you’re stuck on suppliers, then just let us know. Having worked with hundreds of suppliers over the years, we’ll have a good idea of who would be a good match for your day. Whether you’re having trouble finding a caterer, or you just can’t find the right band, we’ll have plenty of suggestions up our sleeve.

But if you’ve found your suppliers and you just want us to be their main point of contact as we plan the logistics of the day, that’s great too. We’ll just check through their proposals to make sure they’ve got everything covered.

It’s all in the detail

When all the main elements have been taken care of, then we can also work with you to add the finishing touches to the day. From personalised favours and table names to vases and cake stands, we can help you source everything you need to bring your wedding day vision to life.

Supporting you on the day

If you feel you’d like us there on the day to help manage the logistics, then this can also be incorporated into your package.  We’ll work away quietly in the background to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll liaise with the suppliers and make sure we’re sticking to the running order as closely as possible. And we’ll make sure all the smaller details are in place, to ensure the day is as magical as you’d imagined!
