After confirming their suppliers for the wedding, Amy and Ed realised they wanted someone to act as the main contact point for them on the day itself, so they could relax and enjoy their time with their guests. At our consultation meeting, it quickly became clear that there was a lot of doubling up of equipment and some key elements were missing. So, we ran through the suppliers’ contracts, identified gaps and duplications and made sure their budget was being managed in the most efficient way. We also made sure all the personal wedding details were in place, ran through the timeline for the day and made weather contingencies. And we’re glad we did! On the day, when the water bowser sprung a leak and the winds were howling through the marquee, we knew just what to do to make sure everything stayed on track, meaning Amy and Ed had the wedding of their dreams!
