University College School, London (UCS) has a spectacular Great Hall in their main building which was being used daily by students during the week, but lay empty at the weekends and during the school holidays.

With such a beautiful space at their disposal, UCS asked us to identify any potential event use for the Great Hall and other areas of the school grounds.

We identified the commercial opportunities, put together a business plan, completed a feasibility study and engaged experienced suppliers. We also established sales and operational procedures to ensure the event offerings could run alongside the everyday running of the school.
