Greens had a small team who looked after their sales and operations but felt that their skill set lacked experience to identify opportunity, make operational improvements and grow the business. New client proposals and event documentation was created and cost systems were introduced. Relationships were established with venues and new members of the team were brought in to implement the changes on an ongoing basis.
Big Green Space work with Greens on an ongoing basis acting as a consultant and sounding board for ideas and providing advice and guidance on strategy and operational procedures.
