Celebrating 10 years of strategic growth and collaboration, CloudFM approached us to plan a celebratory event to reward their staff and bring new teams together post Covid.

We designed them "CloudFest", an motivational training day of activities designed to push people out of their comfort zones, whilst making them get to know each other, bond as a team and feel united in striving for the goals of the business. We rewarded everyone with employee recognition, a whole host of surprises and a late night party for them and their partners.
