Louise Barcock, Founder of Big Green Space is a highly experienced, creative event planner. With over 20 years in the industry, Louise gained her events experience managing public events and festivals for a Local Authority before moving into the corporate world, planning for one of the UK’s biggest event companies. Her experience covers all aspects of event planning from conferences, teambuilding, outdoor events and corporate away days through to private parties and weddings. Louise has delivered events in the most unusual locations and in the most challenging of circumstances. She specialises in the most logistical of outdoor events turning the biggest green space into the most unique event venue. Louise loves nothing more than planning weddings and parties in private country homes. And when she's not event planning, you can usually find her cheering on one of her three children from the sides of a sports pitch.
Having just returned from an incredible adventure exploring Australia and living amongst the Dingos on Fraser Island, Mya has joined Big Green Space Team as our Assistant Planner. She is currently working alongside studying for a diploma in event management at The Event Academy, and has an overwhelming passion to make her mark in the industry. A self confessed foodie, Mya loves nothing more than gastro experiences and cosying up in front of a pub fireplace.
Nickie is our resident stylist. With an enviable eye for luxury tablescapes, Nickie's love of textures and layering brings an elegant and earthy feel to your event. She has an exceptional collection of furniture, props, backdrops and decorative pieces to help bring an extra level of personality to your event. Give her a blank canvas and Nickie will transform your space no matter your style. She never happier than when searching for unique pieces to elevate your day. After spending over 20 years jetting all over the world, Nickie now has her feet firmly on the ground. He can often be found walking with her Fox Red Lab, Copper in the Cotswolds or hanging out at Soho Farmhouse with her husband and two teenage children.
If you are looking for some help running things on the day, Jess is your girl. With a passion for marquee and countryside weddings; Jess's attention to detail, enthusiasm and huge drive to make things perfect for you, make her the ideal person to have by your side on the day of your wedding. Jess loves getting to know couples on a personal level. Understanding their story, passion and unique personalities so that she can create something truly magical. When she's not coordinating weddings, you’ll usually find her on family walks in the countryside with her husband and two-year-old daughter, attempting to burn off some energy in a CrossFit class or having a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc after a busy day of wedding planning.

What Becky doesn't know about planning big corporate events and parties is really not worth knowing. Louise and Becky first crossed paths 13 years ago when Becky assisted Louise in planning teambuilding events and company offsites. We are thrilled that she has joined the Big Green Space team to head up our corporate events. When Becky isn't racing between London's most Iconic venues, she can be found exploring the world with her husband and young daughter.
